Cause: A LIMIT or MAINTAIN was attempted on the named language dimension while the boolean option LOCK_LANGUAGE_DIMS was set to YES

Action: SET LOCK_LANGUAGE_DIMS to NO and retry the MAINTAIN or LIMIT
