ORA-10656: Table is in unusable state due to incomplete operation
Cause: ALTER TABLE SHRINK operation was tried on the table which is in unusable state because of previously failed/incomplete operation.
Action: If the previous operation was
– DROP COLUMN, resubmit DROP COLUMN CONTINUE
– DROP TABLE, resubmit DROP TABLE
